Pictage Pro Orders

I recently posted that Pictage Pro had good telephone support, after I was required to call them to try to clear up an order.

I ordered two albums (or tried to) and ended up with three orders for prints and two orders for binding. I called in to make sure that I didn't get the third set of (unbound) prints or charged for them.

Well, two days ago I got the bill and today I received, via UPS, a set of loose unbound prints. They are useless, expensive and cannot be returned.

The entire point of my telephone call was to avoid this situation, the support representative assured me the issue was solved and it clearly was not. Too bad.
